By accessing and using the Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY offers four subscription plans to meet different learning needs. All prices are in USD and subject to availability.

Note: All prices are displayed in USD. Additional taxes may apply depending on your location. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
3. Billing Cycle
- Billing Frequency: All subscription plans are billed monthly on the same date each month
- Payment Method: Payments are processed automatically through 2Checkout (Verifone) payment gateway
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other digital payment methods accepted by 2Checkout
- Invoice: You will receive an invoice via email upon each successful payment
- Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will retry after 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your account access may be suspended
4. Refund Policy
At Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY, we stand behind the quality of our educational services. Please review our refund policy carefully:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies only to first-time subscribers.
Refund Conditions
- Refund must be requested within 7 calendar days of the initial payment
- The student must have completed at least one class session
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Once refund is processed, your account access will be terminated
- Refunds are not available after the 7-day period has elapsed
No Refunds After 7 Days
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from the initial payment date. However, you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges (see Cancellation Policy below).
Unused Classes
Unused weekly classes do not carry over to the next month and cannot be refunded. Classes must be scheduled and attended within the month they are allocated.
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@alfattahquranacademy.com with your order ID and reason for the refund request.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How to Cancel
- Log into your dashboard account
- Navigate to "Subscriptions" or "Settings"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation email

Cancellation Effective Date
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current month. You will retain full access to all services until the cancellation date.
No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation
Once your subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be applied to your payment method. Your account will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.
Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back into your account and selecting a new plan. Previous student files and progress will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
6. Payment Processing
Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY uses 2Checkout (Verifone) as our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method as described in your selected plan.
- Your payment information is securely processed by 2Checkout and is not stored on our servers
- We comply with PCI DSS standards for payment security
- You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings
- A valid payment method must be on file to maintain your active subscription
- Charges will appear as "2Checkout*Al Fattah Quran" or similar on your bank statement
- By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method
7. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations related to access to or use of this website
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY's website are provided on an 'as-is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
9. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

- Attend scheduled classes or provide advance notice of cancellation
- Treat instructors and staff with respect and professionalism
11. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Al FATTAH QURAN ACADEMY's website shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of the website shall be exclusively within the competent courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
