This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which you may receive a full or partial refund of your subscription fees. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your subscription. This applies to all subscription plans purchased for the first time.

- Payment received within 7 calendar days
- Account created with valid credentials
- At least one class session attended or accessed
✗ Who Does NOT Qualify
- Refund requests made after 7 days from initial payment
- Previous customers who previously received refunds
- Accounts with multiple refund requests
- Payments made with credit cards showing fraud indicators
3. Refund Conditions & Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial payment. The 7-day period starts from the date the payment is successfully processed.
✓ Class Attendance Requirement
You must have completed at least one class session or spent time reviewing course materials. This ensures that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate our teaching quality and curriculum.
✓ Account Status
Your account must be in good standing. Accounts that have violated our Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our services are not eligible for refunds.
✓ Proof of Request
Include your order ID, account email, subscription plan, and reason for requesting a refund. This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:

- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Order ID or Transaction number
- Subscription plan purchased
- Date of payment
- Reason for requesting a refund
- 3Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and send you a confirmation email within 2-3 business days
- 4Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Note: Do not contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge before contacting us. Chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Important: Bank processing times may vary. Your bank or credit card company may take 3-5 additional business days to credit the refund to your account after we process it.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:
- ✗After 7 Days: Any refund request made more than 7 days after payment cannot be processed
- ✗No Attendance: If you did not attend any classes or use the service at all
- ✗Unused Classes: Monthly class allocations do not carry over and cannot be refunded if unused
- ✗Policy Violations: Accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds
- ✗Chargebacks Filed: If a chargeback has been filed, the account becomes ineligible for refunds
- ✗Renewal Charges: Charges after the initial subscription period are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges
7. Subscription Cancellation
If you do not qualify for a refund but wish to stop future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:
Service Interruptions
If our service is unavailable for extended periods due to technical issues, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the days of service you could not access.
Class Cancellations
If your scheduled classes are cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled during your billing period, a pro-rata adjustment may be applied.
Pricing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will refund the difference or the full amount as appropriate.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you have the right to appeal:
